Mercedes has a lot of solid older housing where the original ductwork has outlived two or three condensers. That's the pattern we see most here: the equipment keeps getting replaced, the delivery problem never gets fixed, and the back bedrooms stay warm no matter what the thermostat says.

We start with airflow. If a room isn't getting cold, it's usually the duct serving it, not the unit outside, and we'd rather show you the photo from the attic than sell you more tonnage.
